Back to the daily grind today...I'll probably stop at McDonald's on the way to work and grab me a double cheeseburger with no bread or ketchup...5 grams of carbs....I need somethin' to hold me over til 5 when I get off...I will get back on the treadmill...I've been gone too long it seems and am actually excited to get back on it! I'm startin' off slow again...45 minutes at a slightly difficult pace...
Well, friends, I'm off to work at Macy's...which I LOVE! I never knew I could actually love a job! Hahaha...well everybody stay strong and stay on your diet!
