Oooops! Looks like that cake eating has set a precedent and I'm just eating way way too many carbs, and esp sugar! Somehow had behaved so well over December, then when back from leave got into the mind set of "but i'll burn it off tomorrow with a run".
Gonna be a struggle to drop these 2 kgs before I start fasting again for Easter.
Fat: 27.8 -> 28.8 Water: 49 -> 48.4 Muscle: 31.7 -> 31.2
