Getting back on the horse, darn it!
I've let myself enjoy this summer a bit too much. Truth be told, I didn't enjoy it all that much, I got lazy and lacked any form of discipline when it comes to my eating habits.
I put my hand through an old plate glass window back in July and it thoroughly thwarted my previous comeback (couldn't lift weights for a month). Well, I'm all healed up now and ready to rock again. Gonna get back into my circuit training then hit P90X once I get back into the 170's.
Here's to round two!
