Truly good pizza base: with some toppings and cheese. Get them online normally but they available from some spars. You can set up a monster pizza, for about 500 to 600 cals

agree with FM. Truly Good products are epic. check out their website for the full range. my lunches normally are tuna mayo salads or eggs made in various ways... salads need to be infused with herbs and aromatics and heat to give them punch and remove the boring... I add fresh mint, basil, radish, beans, lemon etc to brighten up my salads. omelettes are fun too because you can change the fillings each time or leave them open and add topping (like an egg pizza 🍕). dinners are also some variation of meat and veg. slow roast pulled pork is lekker. can be done with an Asian twist using lemon ginger garlic soya sauce etc or like the English do -with apple cider and apple pieces. (I'm doing that as meal prep for the week this week) I also Love Zoodles (zucchini noodles) as an alternative to spaghetti - with a Bolognese or other pasta type sauce. you don't event realise you aren't eating pasta

Liver 😂 I’m joking, you can make a veggie omelette or crustless spinach quiche that you can make for the week in advance in a muffin tray. Google or search on YouTube for an easy recipe. I usually eat left overs from what I cook for my family, mostly the protein not any of the refined carbs. I usually precook veggies for the week and heat up in a non stick pan or since you at work can heat it up in the microwave.
