My weight went down over the weekend. That's a rare event! But, other than a happy hour Friday night, there were no social events. That makes it easier.
Wimpy workout on the elliptical stepper today. 45 minutes, but only 461 calories. Didn't push hard enough.
I'm going to my Mom's 87th birthday Wednesday. Cake, wine, food, the works. It's a foregone conclusion that I'm going to have some of each, but I am going to keep the portions small and take my workout stuff so I can get in my workouts.
