I'm still struggling with the right things to eat. I do work out a lot (run, weights) so eating so wholesome tends to make my system burn the food quickly...good news yes, but I'm constantly hungry. I need to figure out how to get more protein and good carbs so I'm not ravenous an hour after I eat. I do enjoy eating more often, but I think people walk by my desk at work and see me eating AGAIN and wonder what the heck I'm doing! Since refocusing I've lost 3.8 and I put a pair of pants on this morning that were uncomfortable last week and seem to feel much better so somethings working!
I'm doing the Core program so if anyone has any good tips or suggestions, I'm open to them!
Here's my tip of the day: Fat free cheese is lacking moisture, that's why it doesn't melt well. Before you use it for something that requires cooking, soak it in milk for a couple of minutes. It almost reconstitutes it enough so that the melting texture is better! Try it, it works!

Great tip! About wanting to eat: are you drinking enough water? Probably since you're working out so much, you need to drink more. You should make a list of healthy snacks that you like and choose a sampling of them every day. For example, I love raw almonds and apples. Anything raw takes longer to digest, so it's actually more filling. Raw broccoli and a little Ranch or Asian dressing with raisins/cranberries can help you last all afternoon. Drink a big glass of water and BOOM! You'll be full in no time. You know, I noticed a chart in my introductory materials for WW the other day. It describes how full you should feel after eating. That helps me a lot. It takes about 20 minutes for your stomach to feel full, so eat slowly and savor every bite.
