Day 51 - Swamp Sauce & Worked on a project for work till 2am, therefore missed my morning run, therefore looking forward to day ending and me sleeping. Trying to lay off the coffee also so this may be an interesting day..I did however get my bf stag stuff together.

M1 - Egg Whites and English Muffin
M2 - Yogurt
M3 - Spinach Salad & Haddock
M4 - Yogurt & Protein Shake
M5 - Chicken & Veggies

Thanks for all your lubbin buddies, tomorrow is friday and that is all i know.
