Ahhhh my 1st morning, NO I didn't lose 4 lbs yet. I just started today and my official 1st weigh in is 145.8 w/ out clothes and 146.8 w/ clothes on. Anyway so I just ate for breakfast some oatmeal w/ a little cinnamon and a pinch of eaqual(is that allowable?) and 1 egg white boiled w/ a pinch of salt and pepper. For drink instead of coffee i'm drinking some rasberry leaf tea w/ the moon cycle tea from Yogi Teas, cuz ya, i'm pms'ing. So i'm cool losing my water weight and my chunky weight....LOL* Oh ya so I am just starting phase 1 the detox phase of the diet. 9 days.
