So I have a journal elsewhere that I keep on my excersising. But with you all doing WW also it'll help to keep it here also! I did 30 minutes on the treadmill this morning. I normally do 30 in the morning (usually tae-bo) and 30 in the afternoon/evening (usally treadmill!) I'm hoping to get on tonight but not sure if I will. Right now I get 22-27 pts and I'm at 24 for today!
