Resep:
4sdm instan oatmeal haluskan
1 butir telur
Sayuran secukupnya (toge, wortel,kol,bwg daun) di rebus dulu
Kaldu bubuk secukupnya
Campur semua bahan,apabila kekentalan bisa dikasih air sedikit..
Lalu aduk2.
Panggang deh di teplon anti lengket dgn api kecil ya😉
Total kalori semua kalo ga salah sekitar 330kcal😍
