damn that soft pretzel!! I knew better - I was at a concert last night and we didn't really have dinner, so I bought one. And I don't even like pretzels. Way too many carbs and calories in the pretzel last night to be on BFL. And I have to give up the wine - it really hurts the joints in my poor arthritic back. It's just not worth it anymore.
