Facebook memories 11 years ago say "Starting slim-fast again". SO thankful to God that those days are over. I used to start slim-fast, starve myself for about 3 days and then binge and use the remaining slim-fast as chocolate milk to go with my meals. Last night I fit into a size 10- 3 different brands just to be sure. :P I didn't purchase any because I'm frugal, my 12's aren't dropping off (though I don't need to unbutton to go to the bathroom- just slide 'em down), and quite frankly, none of them seemed very flattering- so I'll keep looking. Only 5 pounds down from October but the changes keep coming. Many NSV this month. Lots of body recomp going on I think. 💪🏻🏋🏼♂️🤩🤸🏼♀️

Size 10... that is super!!! Important to recognize that there is more to the journey that what the scale says. I think I increased my appetite just thinking about dieting in my younger days.

Awesome feeling when you don't have to unbutton! Hope you find the perfect pair when you're ready. I'm a very picky shopper too.

Size 10 is amazing! And you are pretty tall, right? At least taller than me. 5'4". That would be like me in a size 4.

That is awesome! Changing sizes is the best, especially when you pull on a favorite and you look ri-dic-u-lous because you're swimming in it.
I use Goodwill and Amvets, although I haven't gone lately since they closed my favorite one and put up condos. Jeans from Costco for $12/$14 because they're just about that much at the Goodwill here. That's a meal out and I can justify that.

Wish you lived close. I have a stack of size 10 and large pants you could try on. Mostly leggings, a pair of sweats, a pair of jeans and a brand new pair of winter ski type pants. I didn’t want to buy new clothes so I wore those until I could fit my current pants. I love how positive you are and how far you’ve come in your journey!

So amazingly proud and inspiring DP! I was the same way when I went down in sizes. I honestly wince when I think how much I've spent in a new wardrobe. I did make sure to give all the other stuff to charitable organizations I know can use it. There's a lot of homeless where I live. On the one had, it feels exciting to wear clothes I never felt comfortable wearing - but, I'm a pragmatic gal and love holding on to a favorite piece of clothing for a decade or so...lol. I "think" I'm starting to balance out and just have a few other basic pieces I want to get. I'll tell ya this - keeping the wardrobe I have has become a huge why to stay consistent in maintenance. I already told Mom, even if this body decides to lose release more weight - I refuse to go down another size. I'll just wear baggy clothes and be done with it!!! lol ;-)

Thanks you guys- so much! Just got home from church and running around to all these wonderful comments that make me smile. Liv, Najwa, Ashley, Nikina, vcabral, Fritzy, Chris, Wifey, danana, katsolo, peeper, dlewis, Erquiaga, Diana, #1loser, Egull, wolfelikeme, velvetee. Thanks again! Velvetee- Slim fast is marketed to drink a shake to replace 2 meals and have one healthy meal a day. I would buy chocolate flavored and the cans were heavy so you would think you had more to drink but I swear it was like 8-10 oz. So sad- so I would drink it with my meals after giving up. :) but really :( I am 5'8 1/2" tall, Fritzy. Egull- I definitely need to stop at good will. I haven't in probably 2 months or more.
