I stopped taking bp meds about a month ago ( Dr approved) when I started eating better and working out. They wanted to see if I could control it with diet and exercise. Today was my first weight / bp check...she was impressed by my loss do far...but I am ecstatic that my bp was PERFECT! Yay!

Love it!!! I went through the exact same thing like a month ago. I have a home monitor & it was coming up normal every day, so I stopped taking them. At my next physical it was normal & my dr was cool with staying off them as long as I'm checking my bp about 3 times a week for a while just to be sure it's still normal. Congrats, you're getting healthier!!!

That is awesome! I got my cholesterol tested a while back, and I had high triglycerides. I am hoping in a few months to get another test, and hopefully they will have gone down. That is great that your blood pressure was normal. You are doing so good!
