Well, don't give up. Read the Atkins book again. There are certain chapters devoted to "what to do if you're not losing weight". Make sure you go to the doctor and get blood tests done. There could be a chance that there are some hidden carbs in something you are eating. Go through everything in your kitchen and read the labels. Also make sure you are not eating more than 3-4 oz of cheese as this sometimes stalls weight loss. Try not to have too many processed meats. Make sure you're drinking plenty of water and getting enough fiber.
