Well, I haven't been to the gym in about a week, because I decided to get rid of most of my furniture and do an IKEA re-model. So that has kept me busy most of the week. But it has been hard work; a couple of days ago I lugged a nearly two-hundred pound wardrobe from my car to my bedroom by myself and assembled it. Putting together all this furniture has been a lot of work, and I am ending up dripping with sweat even in the a/c, so it must be doing me as much good as a gym workout! I've been counting it as "housework" in the exercise log, and also underestimating the time, because sometimes I stop and rest. So I may be burning more calories than I am putting down.
I probably have about another month before my knee heals up so hopefully I can play tennis again! Had to drop out of our local tennis ladder to heal up, but looking forward to being able to play again, and also be able to go running.
