I am a little stressed today, so I hope I will make today a success. I plan on going shopping in order to put toegther some meals for the days when I am stressed and busy. I saw some excellent soups and bean dishes in the Extreme Fat Flush book. I do not plan on weighing myself until next Wednesday. I will work out for at least thirty minutes per day. I am fortunate enough to have a workout room at home and access to a free gym. Therefore, I have no excuses. If there is a buddy out there willing to help me by holding me accountable for eating right and exercising I welcome it.
