Little sugar and regularly exercise.
138.8 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 29.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Dude- howz the cravings, chromium and glutamine supplements, and same ol montra "DRINK WAAA--TERRR" like a liter before you eat anything! I don't know how you feel about psyllium husks, check it out.
