I gained a few, but because of the holidays I am not concerned at all. I hardly drank any water, so starting that will help. Back at home and ready to push through to the century club and beyond. It's so nice to be able to walk somewhere without puffing like a steam engine. Can't wait until I can try running.

You have done so well this year. Before you know it a year will have gone by and 100 pounds and then another year will go by and then another 100 pounds gone and you will be leaving a healthy thin life with lots of energy. I know you can do it and it would have seem like it was such a short time considering you probably (like me) had the weight for several years. Just keep faith and focus on the goal. Good luck. I can't wait to hit the century club myself.
