Egads! I fell off the wagon and the sucker ran me over! So, sometime in November of last year I wandered off the path and managed to gain back all I had lost, plus some more (just for fun). I have decided to stop trying to follow a specific diet. When I follow a diet plan like South Beach, it really limits what I can eat. I get myself into a rut, and eventually get bored and frustrated and dive headfirst into a bag of chips (or whatever else is handy). So, I am just going to try to make healthier choices vs following a ton of strict rules. I am going to make small changes to improve my health, and I hoping that will lead to weightloss and lasting life style changes.
