I just found out about this site today. I have actually lost 21 lbs. on Weight Watchers, which I started July 9, 2007. I was working out constantly over the summer, but now that I have returned to work and taking classes, I'm having difficulty sticking to an exercise routine. This summer I was able to take a step class and an aerobics class at my local Y plus a Jazzercise class.
