It was a good week hitting 178.5. I think I was in my twenties the last time I saw the 170 something. It feels really good and I know that I can get the rest of this weight off!
I haven't gotten has much exercise this week as on vacation but have added in additional stairs and ensuring that I have done at least 25 sit ups each night.
