So...I weighed in this morning. I’m down a whole 2 oz. I would usually get totally annoyed with not dropping weight, but I’m happy, because I’m gaining strength, and confidence! Def. need to tighten up the eating, but for now, weighing 163.2 will do!

Good for you on sorting out the weight vs other NSV's. You look healthy and happy. You could be the poster child of determination in this picture. Now, on a more serious note, we are my pies? I didn't get any.

According to the National Strength and Conditioning Association, the best reason to use a weightlifting belt is to increase intra-abdominal pressure, or pressure in your abdomen, during heavy or strenuous weight lifting. This pressure creates a rigid core, stabilizing your spine and helping increase your maximum power. Just want you to be safe. ♥️

Hahaha Hahaha!!! @terrapin-I have plenty, but wore the wrong ones to the gym for leg day, and when squatting with weights, I want to be as stable as possible! Haha!

@rosio, Thank you! ❤️❤️ @yoganosis-used teeny hair elastics, and made several ponytails, gathering hair up each time and making one under the other till I ran out of hair! @ DP & Diable, thanks power couple :)-you guys’d are amazing!
