I'm making my official weigh in day Tuesday but I still am weighing myself daily. I believe I'm losing quite a lot of water because yesterday I was 151.8 and this morning I was 149.8. I just feel so much better now that I have more variety plus I can eat more with my family. Started Jillian Michaels 30 day shred yesterday
