day 6-- i step on the scale and im three pounds less!!i exercise for about 45 min. .. i feel good i have alot of energy .. but the past couple days.. im not feeling hungry and miss dinner.. i feel full thats why i dont eat...im worried about that because my calorie intake been low..but other than that i have been doing great!!! yea me!!lol..

on the right track.. but dont' skip dinner too often. Your metabolism will slow down and you'll plateau ....

Congrats on the 3 lb. loss! The same thing happened to me when I started Atkins....I forgot to eat! It is important to at least eat a little something every 3 to 4 hours to keep your metabolism going. Keep up the good work! :)

Super! You are on a fast track, keep it going! Try to remember to eat at least a snack every 6 hrs even if your not hungry to keep the metabolism working.....
