Gosh, I've been seriously MIA for probably a week and a half or so... oops! After switching to the SBD things are progressing... a little slower than I'd like, but the scale is going down for the most part (with a fluctuation here and there). I noticed it's the hardest for me on the weekends because I go out with my friends a lot or my boyfriend (Mike). My friends and bf definitely don't make it for an easy environment to be healthy. Last Friday Mike had a really awful day and asked if we could go out for Ice Cream (not even fro yo, which I could've done without the cheating) so I had a small blizzard. Then my friend Karen (Owndisaster) wanted Taco Bell, which is my favorite fast food and I couldn't resist because I was starving and hadn't eaten all day... then I had a red velvet cupcake because... well, no excuses but I sucked that day. Didn't weigh myself the next day cuz I knew I'd have a gain, then have eaten really good since then, but unfortunately I haven't dropped from that gain.
I'm going to dinner with Mike tonight since he's going on a charter trip for the next five days; but I know I can eat good tonight. I just hope I can stay away from the cake at the baby shower on Saturday. Oh and limit the drinks at the club on Saturday night... ugh, this is gonna be a rough weekend! Oh and I move next week, so that should help me regulate my food a little better =)
