Did not save my journal and I am in class at work and that is difficult as I would much rather be on the floor in the phone room. Not to worry will just have to really focus more on exercise and losing weight and it will all come off. I am at 182 and have not made any big gains so that is good but still I want to get down to 150 and I guess I just have to keep dieting and taking good care of myself.
