I should totally be shunned!!! Haha, really though, the reason I post these pics is to let you all know, you CAN have things like this. A healthy, active life style, and eating a healthy well balanced diet is key! And if you stay at a defect, you’ll lose weight! BUT....you CAN also eat that cake, pie, cookie too! Seriously, just don’t over do it! 😘💪🏼 Also, thanks for awesome comments! I’d “@“ all of you, but can’t remember everyone’s names when I start to write a “back at ya” message!
