Hi everyone. I had an okay week. Went jogging twice, which I am happy about. Overall I am feeling drained and tired, it has been a long year and I feel like my body is starting to switch off with the holidays looming. I was hoping for a bigger drop as I want to be under 100kg by the end of next week - call it a mini goal - but it is still possible. Just going to have to push hard. Have a good weekend everyone!!

Aim to get jogging twice more by Monday and you'll have exercised four days of the week.
It IS do-able. You've got this.

Also, hold a 500g block of butter and you'll really be able to appreciate the magnitude of 1.5kg - 3 blocks of butter is EXCELLENT - I use this measure sometimes to put in perspective what I have achieved 🥧
