Its found in starches, veggies and beans and legumes🤩 starches (a food group) consist mostly of simple carbohydrates, especially your white starches, which yes will provide energy but wont keep you full for very long😅 Starches should be consumed in moderation, rather get your carbohydrates from veggies and legumes and from wholegrain starches so you can up your micronutrient and fibre intake🥳
