Diet is working for me. I want this so much to stick this time. I love the way I eat! I get the best of both worlds.
This diet give me 23 hours of very low carb eating, and then for 1 hour, I start off with veges..usually a salad, some protein, and any carbs I want to! Its not a license to binge, but I do eat enough carb to satisfy me...but only in that hour! AND Im drinking my coffee after every meal..with my coconut oil. Remember the coconut oil I used in the fat fast? Its baaack :)
I finished eating around 5:30 last night. Then I was called from work saying they didnt need me. I got all worried that Id get to binging..but I was full the whole evening and didnt think once about food. Praise!
Life is good. God is great.
