I am really working on getting my 9 different fruits and vegetables in every day.
Today I put a banana, rasberries and peach in my smoothis
For dinner I had a mix of steamed califlour, broccoli, and zuchinni
snacks I had an apple, cherry tomatoes, snow pea pods, and fresh pineapple
That makes 10
Did it today!

Sounds like a plan, but you need the protein also,beans,lentils,eggwhites,brown rice.

great plan, the protein will keep you from bein so tired after a workout...your gettin closer to your goal...way to go
