Okay, I am back and planning on staying back. I know that today is not going to be a good day. Yesterday, I slept during the day because I had not slept well the night before and now I cannot sleep. It is 4:30am and have not slept yet and I have to get up at 6am. I know that to be successful, I must keep my ffod journal, so that I don't cheat. I must also try to get my exercise in. Here's hoping that I can do it.
