When I joined in on the 4 pound challenge I weighed 207 (but this was at night), so I decided to measure from my lowest weight (so it would really be me losing 4 pounds, not re-losing from the weekend). Well, this morning I was 202.5! That's 1.5 pounds down from 204, my previous low weight. Hurray! I swear, I lose so much weight while I sleep, it's great :)
Anyways, I need to get rid of those ugly last 2.51 pounds, so I can be under 200. That's what this week is for!
