Slow going, but going. My diet hasn’t been this healthy in years (lots of veg - especially the green- with little to no meat, dairy and refined sugar. Need to work on getting more whole grains though)

Weight: 64.4 (same, but have been weight training on and off)
Waist: 70.5 (⬇️0.5)
Hips: 85.5 (⬇️0,5)
64.4 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
