ya begitula sis kalo diet dg pola makan yg sehat+OR dan ga ekstrim(makan dibawah bmr) bb gagampang naik/yoyo . jadi makan surplus pun gabakal bikin bb lgsg naik drastis hehe tp gaboleh terus2an jg 😅
