Good news... I talked to my doctor today and it's apparently not uncommon for those on a weight loss program to actually gain weight for the first three to four months. He's also not too concerned that I've only lost about four pounds in three months.
I'm not concerned either as I have no desire for fast food and I know the weight will eventually come off.
