6 days later @ 6:45AM. Been a long week of one up and then a battle to get down again, all becoz of Sunday lol. Family braai, cake, snacks! You name it. No regrets though. On the flip side it’s shark week as well, so I’m still grateful for the loss. Can’t wait till shark weeks over so that I can see where I’m at, without the added bloat 🙏🏼
