I haven’t fully gotten used to remembering to use the app but I’ve definitely been more mindful about my eating lately and finally crossed the 65kg mark. (Was stuck at around 65.5 for the last three weeks or so). So: Weight: 64.4 (⬇️1kg) Waist: 71cm (⬇️1cm) Hips = 86cm (⬇️1.5cm)
