I have a great curiosity about this kampusha, I have not tried it or heard about it only from you. 🙈

I looked it up on Google, it's a great drink, it has many benefits. Are you making it at home?

Yes, I used to buy. Keyten was generous and shared her scoby with me and taught me how to make it at home❣️I’ve been making batches of it at home and sharing with friends and neighbors now. It tastes better than the store bought stuff. You can make it from raw bottled unflavored kombucha. It’s much faster if someone can give you a scoby to start.

I tried kombucha for the first time last week, got the idea from keyten77.. Simple Truth Organic which I found at HEB. LOVED the raspberry--kind of tasted like carbonated raspberry tea. I could almost fell the probiotics working! It took me two days to drink the blueberry ginger, I didn't like it as much and wanted to get the probiotics two days.
One bottle is $2.50 and has 70 calories. Will definitely have raspberry again and will try other flavors.

How coincidental❣️ I just made 2 bottles of raspberry kombucha for the first time. I got the kombucha scoby directions from keyten, the raspberry flavor idea from Groatmeal, and now kombucha twinning with you❣️ Did you notice less bloating? #boochbunch

moopie321, I was bloating BAD two weeks ago. For two days straight once. Yes, the bloating hasn't been as bad this week. I just looked up Groatmeal and can't find kombucha recipe. Do you mind putting the web address here? Thanks lady! Thanks keyten77 for introducing me to the idea of kombucha in the first place! ;0)

You need raw/unpasteurized unflavored tea to start. Try getting it from a farmers market. If that’s not available use bottled stuff like these brands: GT’s Organic Kombucha (Original)
Katalyst Kombucha (Pure Essence)
Health-Ade Kombucha (The Original)
BAO Fresh Kombucha (Original)

Groatmeal is another FatSecret member here. She’s part of the #boochbunch as well as SoHangry, adultosaur, Swedishblondie and others. We’re trying to convert Rosio19 too. 😋😋😋

Yes, it’s not everyone’s cup of tea. 🐸 ☕️ Certain brands taste more vinegary, hope you find one you ❤️

I love vinegar, but maybe that was the taste in the blueberry ginger flavor? The raspberry was just awesome and I didn't want to stop drinking. I poured half a bottle at lunch and drank the rest at dinner.

I like organic apple cider vinegar, and drink it daily during intermittent fasting. But I couldn't make it at home, it was difficult and I didn't understand why it didn't work😅. because I am not very good at kitchen work.🙄

You need raw unpasteurized apple cider vinegar. Keep it in a cool dark place to grow a scoby. It takes a long time. Glad you both enjoy vinegar❣️ Some flavors match and mask the kombucha flavor better. 😋😋😋
