Can anyone help me want to start doing the banting diet just abit confused need some advice

I would love to help but I’m not on the Banting diet but I think it’s very similar to the keto diet? Where you eat very low carbs? Best bet is to google and search on YouTube. That’s where I get a lot of questions answered. Or hopefully me replying will bump up your question and someone with knowledge on the diet will answer.

look up red list orange list and green list...stick to green listed foods...banting in a nut shell

Ive been doing keto for a year and five months. Very similar to banting except i meal prep with the intention of being in ketosis. Both ways. Which ever one u choose... They r sustainable (the only life style ive ever been able to maintain in the long run)
