Lumayan akurat kalau kegiatan nya intense. misalnya reading, sejam bener2 reading a book gt pasti terasa capek. cooking juga ga cuma masak2 mie instant, tp masak dari potong2 sayur dll... kalo disela2in bengong ya metabolism nya jadi 'resting'

‘Mbaca’ di HP tuh gak berasa lho tau2 udah 2 jam lewat 😅 masak mmg bakar byk kalori. Kadang keringetannya sama kyk jogging. Tp segini agak gak masuk akal mnrtku itungannya. Sitting (mksdku duduk2 bengong doang) masa kalori nya lbh gede drpd desk job.
