Sorry for not writing as much as usual, but my back is preventing me from getting my work done, let alone any extra computer time. As I have been sitting in different chairs and stuff, I was noticing that my thighs and lower belly have been looking unusual. After a day or two I realized that what has changed is the fact that when I sit down, I can actually see my thighs. My fat giant gut has shrunk away and I am getting a different view. It was kind of a funny moment and then it became a great moment. Just had to share. The weekly amounts seem small, but add up all those 2 and 3 pound losses and its a lot of fat that's gone.
