well, hopefully that 1 pound gain is only from the sodium in that food. Still sounds like you had a good weekend and was able to splurge with alot of types of food! Now your mind will be clear for dieting days ahead!

I had a cheat day this weekend too. I think we need those little breaks from dieting just to keep our sanity! Olive Garden!! I don't know how you did it staying away from pasta! Good for you! :)

Sounds like a good weekend. You made good choices and should not regret anything! Part of going through all of this is learning that it is okay to eat certain things once in a while and then just get right back on track. You'll 're-lose' that pound in no time!!

You're so close to goal, you can afford to treat yourself as long as you get back to it. Can't wait until I can do the same. I really miss pizza, we used to have it about once a week. It's been at least 3 months, too bad you didn't enjoy it but, at least you did enjoy the stromboli!

Ohhhhhhh cl.... non parties sound like FUN so they do.. I like your style. Well you did rediculously well for an English Major on holiday... just one pound!!! and judging by the shape of your graph you will have absolutely NO problem in shifting that.. (have you been watching the tennis whilst indulging in the traditional strawberries and cream? you have a brit in the quarter finals!!!)..later...

LOL changeup...I think my grandchildren might be lucky enough to see a Brit actually get to a final in Wimbledon. How ironic that the home of Tennis cant find a homebred champion!!! Boy do we know suffering..we didnt learn when we got kicked out of America, we just plonked our butts in Africa...got kicked out...plonked ourselves in India...got kicked out...trying for almost a century to plonk our butts in Wimbledon..still getting kicked out!!!!!

oye steady up Change...I wont have you talking about our England cricket team!! (Have they lost AGAIN????-Do we have ANY Brits to be bloody proud of????)In defence though, Australia are totally unbeatable in cricket so any poor soul coming in front of them is bound to have a thrashing, Brit on not!!
