As expected after this decadent month! Looking back at the average calories I expected to either maintain or go up in weight, so I'm not surprised. Luckily I haven't done too badly during weekdays so I've managed to somewhat balance out the calorific weekends! Oh well, here's to the future - I'm in no rush to get to my goal.
