turun sedikit banget... tapi bersyukur, Meski hanya sedikit aku ngerasain ukuran lingkar perutku mengecil... celana jd berasa longgar, bajuku juga longgar. perjalananku masih jauh. kadangku iri dengan org lain yg turunnya cepet. tapi semua itu membuatku lebih bersyukur akan pencapaianku. aku ingin hidup sehat.
