Ok - gestern Abend noch dick essen gewesen und in den letzten drei Tagen deutlich zu wenig bewegt 🤓
72.8 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
