재적당한무개는 51키로 (정상 BMI ,키-105 ) CKD state 3b 는 칼로를 몸무개 ×30 (35가지가능함니다) = 1530 ( 재 BMR 1400 TDEE 1700 ) 그랫어 칼로리설정 1500 태국의사는 섭취양 탄수화물 200g 단백질 50g 지방 30g (지방을적개먹으라고하내요) 서양쪽애정보는 신장병환자는 섭취카로에너지른 탄수화물 50-60% 단백질 10-15%(적을수록 좋다고함니다) 지방 30-35% (그랫어 저는 carb 1500×50%/4kcal= 187g , prot 1500×14%/4kcal = 52g, fat 1500x36%/9= 60g) 😆😆 태국의사말보다는 carb 를적개먹고 지방을더먹는거애요 당뇨때문애요

재가 다이애드방법을잘못한거가다요 BMR 보다 적개먹고 섭취칼로리애 단백질은 25% 가지먹으니가 신장이 못견딘거가다요 (2년전서부더 CKD stage1 유지하고잇는상대) 2달만애 3단개마지막치수가지 빠를속도러떠러진원인이 BMR 보다적개먹고 단백질많이먹고 부족한칼로리는 재근육애서 빼가고 이개다 신장애부담 ㅠㅠ)
