Not sure if these scales are exactly right, but I haven’t been calorie counting for ages, moved home from uni for good and my mental health has been up and down like crazy, knew I’d gained weight but was hoping it wasn’t this much
100.0 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
