4th day today, wow im actually doing it this time! i cant believe i lost 2 lbs in just 3 days... started at 190 down to 188. AMAZING or what?

Monday, Came back from the First weekend of my diet. What acan i say? well i guess i ate pretty good,bad thing i didnt excersised like i planned. Dont want to say it, but SHAME SHAME on me. i did go to johnny rockets yesterday and didnt make the healthiest decision. Look at the bright side im not giving up and back to my routine today! Learned fromm experience Dont go to johnny rockets or any fast food restaurant anytime soon.
