Not been keeping track of calories on a numbers level, but watching what I eat. I have to take a break from the monitoring for now, we have way to many family things going on and I do not have the time to focus on the tracking. I have been doing some kind of exercise every night and trying not to over eat. I have had a few days were I sat down and ate a whole bag of Quaker Rice Snacks, but I keep telling myself it could have been a bag of Doritos and then I do not feel so guilty. The stress is overwhelming right now and I am amazed I am not gaining like crazy. Just keep your fingers crossed it stays this way. Off to ride bikes with my son, hope all my buddies are doing well.
